Agency reports that over 90% of aquatic product processing companies resume work, and exports face the impact of the epidemic
On March 20, the China Aquatic Products Circulation and Processing Association issued a research report on the “Effects of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic on China’s Aquatic Products Processing Industry”.According to the report, over 90% of aquatic product processing enterprises have resumed work, and sales have gradually improved. However, with the spread of the international epidemic, domestic exports of aquatic products face a major test. The research object of this report includes 74 domestic key aquatic product processing enterprises. As of the second week of March, 70 companies have resumed work, with a return rate of 94.59%, the average worker arrival rate increased to 77.3%.In terms of processing raw materials, the processing raw material reserves of 58 companies reached more than 60% in the same period of 2019, and more than half of the companies started or plan to purchase processing raw materials in China.Affected by the new Coronary Pneumonia epidemic, domestic sales of various enterprises were mostly affected, but the situation gradually improved.Among them, the orders and execution of 10 enterprises are normal; the orders are normal, but there are 3 enterprises with difficulties in execution; the number of orders is reduced by less than 20%, and 20 enterprises are basically executed. At the same time, the export expectations of various enterprises are also initially improving, but with the spread of the international epidemic, the situation may be more complicated. The China Aquatic Products Circulation and Processing Association believes that the export trade of aquatic products in 2020 may face the greatest uncertainty in history. In addition, the international trade communication channel was interrupted. The North America Boston Aquatic Expo originally scheduled for March and the Global Aquatic Expo originally scheduled to be held in Brussels in April were postponed. The association believes that relevant policies should consider supporting the automation and intelligent upgrading of aquatic products processing equipment; accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industries; attaching importance to the role of processing industries in stimulating the industry, and introducing a temporary aquatic product storage and storage policy;Cultivate multinational companies; pay more attention to the cultivation and regulation of the domestic market, and work together to overcome difficulties.Sauna, Ye Wang Wang Siyang editor Li Yan proofreading Liu Baoqing
